STEPS INCLUDED:-


STEP #1.  Edit Your Webpage or post in HTML


STEP #2. Copy the following code and paste it there.

    <head>
        <title>Auto Refresh</title>
        <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1">
    </head>
    <body>

    </body>
</html>



STEP #3. Replace 1 with time you want the page to be refreshed automatically after for ex 5,10 etc etc. 



STEP #4. Click on save and Run your webpage,post. It'll refresh/reload automatically .
